Gold Coast, Queensland Australia 

Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia, is located in southeast Queensland, halfway between Brisbane and Byron Bay.

For many pro surfers and amateurs worldwide, the Gold Coast is the benchmark. The year-round surfing, safe beaches, and world-class point breakers are hard to beat.

Since the waves are relatively consistent all year long, several international surf competitions are held here. There is space here for a large number of surfers.

Malibu, California, USA

 San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua

This Central American "offshore wind mecca" may be the ideal location for you if you want to avoid the larger surf crowds.

You'll have many alternatives for après surf in the town's nightlife and party scene, and the most incredible beaches are only a shuttle ride away.

This developing tourist center in Central America provides a variety of surfing beaches as well as activities, including bicycling, sailing, ziplining, dining, nightlife, and yoga, in addition to other water and adventure sports.

How to get there: Book a flight to Costa Esmeralda Airport (ECI). San Juan Del Sur is only a one-hour drive from where you land.

Oahu, Hawaii, USA

You can find some of the biggest and most significant beach breakers in the world on Oahu's North Shore, which is well recognized for its enormous waves. Hawaii, the origin of modern surfing, must be acknowledged on any ranking of the world's top surfing locations.

Though most surfers will never be proficient enough to ride here, only specialists can surf these famed 6-meter waves, although everyone fantasizes about bobbing over its ideal crest.
